Narek Abrahamian (Piano)

Narek Abrahamian is an established pianist and music educator with a rich background in both performance and teaching. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Piano Performance at the University of Toronto, Narek previously earned his Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, Armenia, where he graduated with honors.

Narek has received several awards, including the Alice & Armen Matheson Entrance Scholarship and first prizes at national and cultural music competitions. His performance highlights include sold-out recitals at major venues in Tehran and Toronto.

As a teacher assistant and piano instructor, Narek has extensive experience preparing students for competitions and auditions. He is also involved in recording contemporary Iranian composers and accompanying choirs and soloists.

His commitment to music education and performance continues to inspire students and audiences alike.
