Sarv Choir
Established in 2013, Sarv Choir is a vibrant, mixed voice community choir dedicated to choral education and excellence. Sarv Choir, directed by Kousha Nakhaei, provides choral and musical rudiments training to its members working with vocal coach Abdolreza Rostamian.
Sarv Choir sings a variety of repertoire ranging from Iranian songs to Western classical repertoire, new compositions, and music from around the world. We mainly sing Farsi lyrics in addition to other languages and perform two to three concerts per season. Sarv Choir has performed at various venues and festivals including Tirgan Festival, Toronto Centre for the Arts, and York University. Sarv Choir regularly accepts new members and provides all necessary training to all interested through our Choir Prep Courses.
If you think that you also want to be part of Sarv Choir, please join one of our Open House Events which takes place twice every year at Sarv Music Academy.
Do not forget; the best experiences are the ones that we discover for the first time!
